Valentine's Day is just around the corner and romance is in the air. As a matter of fact, here at Be In Love Designs, it seems romance is in the air every day. And it makes sense, seeing as how the company was born out of a love story and how it is invited into many more love stories on a daily basis. Creating custom designed wedding invitations is about so much more than just letting people know the date of a wedding. It is about getting to know a couple, creating a design that truly represents them and being invited into their love story. So yes, sometimes every day feels like Valentine's Day around here.
Honestly, we just can't get enough of hearing all the fabulous love stories out there. From the simple to the extreme, they each have something unique and fun and wonderful about them. And now we want to hear your love story!

Our love story is simple but sweet. After being set up on a blind date, my husband Mark and I hit it off and dated for four-plus years before he popped the question while we were on a hike in upstate PA. I knew he was nervous when he kept fumbling with something in his pocket. Who hikes up a steep hill with both hands in their pockets? We just had our first child last year and are hoping to expand our family soon. While marriage is awesome, it is also rough as we work opposite shifts and have very little time with each other. But I wouldn't trade my family for anything!

I met my husband in high school through mutual friends and always thought he was so cute. We went our separate ways over the years, but somehow we always managed to bump into eachother every year or so at the most random places...Game 7 of the Diamondbacks World Series, a graduation party at the Bash on Ash, a show at Jugheads...I asked him to be my friend on MySpace and said something like, "Isn't it about that time of year when I run into you somewhere?" We made plans to hang out with a mutual friend and really hit it off that night. We had our first date a week later and have been inseparable ever since! He is the definition of "better half" and I love him in more and more ways all the time.

i actually asked my husband to sadie hawkins in high school and he said no. Many years later, like 8, we reconnected on facebook and started dating. Now I just tell him i knew we were meant to be way before he did.

I met my husband while volunteering at a home for troubled teenagers. We initially were reluctant because we didn't want to lose our focus. But 5 months later he proposed :) We've now been married for 1 year and 5 months!
